Well you are hauling 3 to 4k lbs behind the tow vehicle. So yes you need


to increase your braking distance but there is no enhancement you can to to the tow vehicle that I know of. Also if your cooling system is suspect you could have some overheating issues, depends on the health of he system. I am not a fan of towing with anything other than a full size suv or pickup, they have the weight and engine power to do it with no problem usually.
